Kyoshin Elle has a couple of different awls for stitching. Their diamond awls makes the diamond hole for stitching and comes in three different sizes.  The round all is also a great edition for that small round hole that you are needing.

Kyoshin Elle Curved awl is a great tool for box stitching, shoemaking or getting into tight areas. The awl is very sharp and ready to use. The awl has a diamond shape that matches the Oka diamond pricking irons.
