Changing Your Shipping Address:
We are unable to guarantee that we can change the shipping address on your order after it has been placed. We do our best to process and ship orders out as quickly as possible, and in some cases, may not be able to catch the order in time.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@rmleathersupply.com with your order number and the address you would like to change the shipping address to. We will do our best to try to change the shipping address on the order for you.
Changing Your Billing Address:
If your billing address is different than what is on the credit/debit card that you used to place your order, the payment may be canceled by your financial institution. However, sometimes, these financial institutions will still allow the charge to go through.
If you need to change your billing address, please first check your bank account or credit card statement to see if the charge has already been accepted. If it has not, or if you are concerned that payment will not go through, please contact us at info@rmleathersupply.com with your order number and the address you would like to change the billing address to.

Changing Item Quantities:

If you need to change the quantity of item(s) on your order, please contact us at info@rmleathersupply.com with your order number, the name of the product you want to change the quantity for, and what quantity you want it updated to. We will do our best to try to change the quantity of the item on the order for you.
NOTE: If you are changing the quantity to include more than what was originally purchased, you will receive an invoice. This invoice will need to be paid before we can process and ship your order. Not paying this invoice promptly may delay the processing of your order.
Changing an Item or Options:

IE: You would like to change the “x” item to another item on our website. We will do our best to try to change the item on the order for you.
NOTE: If you are changing the item to an item that has a higher price than the originally purchased item, you will receive an invoice. This invoice will need to be paid before we can process and ship your order. Not paying this invoice promptly may delay the processing of your order.
In the case of the item cost being lower than the item originally purchased, we will issue a refund for the difference back to your original method of payment. It may take 5-10 business days for your financial institution to accept this refund.

We will do our best to try to add the splitting to the order for you.
NOTE: Adding leather splitting to the order means that it may take a little longer to process and that the item will no longer be returnable due to the customization. Please see our return and shipping policies for more detailed information.
