The Thread Zap 2 is an economical tool used to cut and melt down synthetic thread to sit tight against your leather. The tip heats up and can quickly cut through your threads with precision. 

Please note this tool only works on threads made of synthetic fibers like Polyester or Nylon (Tiger, Polybraid, MBT Thread are OK) Linen and Cotton threads do not melt and won't cut with this tool.

The tool takes a AA battery and we offer a replacement tips on the rare chance yours is damaged.
