OVERVIEW

The Vergez Blanchard Round/Head Knife is available in 2 sizes (125 & 150 mm). These knifes are great sizes (not too large not too small) and fit very well in the hand, increasing cutting precision. The round knife with a little practice is a very versatile tool that can both skive and cut all types of curves and long straights. 

We recommend when purchasing any knife to invest a little time in learning how to sharpen them past factory blade sharpness. There are great youtube videos that show basics of sharpening and keeping your knives as sharp as possible. This new skill will pay dividends in giving you cleaner, more effortless cuts.
