THE BUCCANEER EDC WALLET

The Buccaneer V1
Dimensions: 10.5/7.5cm (~4.1/3 inches)
Capacity: up to 4-5 cards, folded cash, bullet space pen and a pocket knife - 93mm long, 23mm wide, 12mm thick (3.7/0.9/0.5 inches). This might be the preferred version for knifes with a clip although as pocket carry even those without a clip will be well secured.
The Buccaneer V2
Dimensions: 10.5/8.5cm (~4.1/3.4 inches)
Capacity: up to 8 cards and bullet space pen.
The Buccaneer V3
Dimensions: 10.5/7.5cm (~4.1/3 inches)
Capacity: up to 4-5 cards, folded cash, bullet space pen and a pocket knife - 93mm long, 23mm wide, 12mm thick (3.7/0.9/0.5 inches). This version would be preferred for thinner knifes 8mm thick such as Victorinox Pioneer 1 Alox for example.
In all versions you can swap the cards in the card slot with
the Victorinox SwissCard Lite + 1 card.
The Build
> Skill level: Intermediate
> Required leather: 1.8mm thickness (4.5oz) medium to stiff temper. Do not go thinner than that as the pen loop and knife pocket might be too loose. You can up the thickness to 2mm (5oz) if you use soft leather. Thinner leather can be used if you will carrying a pen thicker than the bullet space pen - in that case I would recommend using The Buccaneer V3 pattern.
> Pattern specific tools: 1mm hole punch
> Note: stitching holes in the pattern are 4mm from the edge and spaced at 3.85mm, however illustrative in nature. You can use other spacing based on your pricking irons or stitching chisels, or aesthetic preferences.
> Always print at 100% for the pattern to work correctly. Measure and cut on the outside edge of the lines.
