The Bohemian leather notebook sleeve pattern is a pdf downloadable leather crafting template to create a minimalist leather cover for a Field Notes notebook and a pen. The journal sleeve template is an advanced skill crafting pattern and comes with detailed assembly instructions including in-progress pictures to help you with the build. While other designs circle around wallet functionalities and card slots The Bohemian Notebook Sleeve patterns put the pen carried in the spotlight. Minimal in functionality, with number of possible build variations, the design allows for many leather and color combinations for your customers who like their pen to be the center focal point of their notebook sleeve. The Pen Slip pattern included takes this even one step further with an exposed notebook and a couple of options to attach to it. Pen Slip - 16.1/4cm (~6.3/1.6 inches)
Sleeves capacity: 1 Field Notes 5.5 by 3.5 inches notebook + a pen up to 14cm (5.5inches) long and up to 9mm (0.35inches) in diameter
> Skill level: Advanced due to some precision cutting required
> Leather: 1.2-1.4mm thickness (3-3.5oz), medium to stiff temper
> Pattern specific tools/materials:
1mm, 3mm and 9mm hole punches
Basic Instructions
> Print pattern at 100% and verify size using the Print Accuracy Test. Measure and cut on outside edge of the lines.
