Our European Plonge leather is a premium, full‑grain hide prized by the world’s leading luxury brands for its unmatched combination of suppleness, strength, and depth of character. Tanned and finished in Europe, Plonge develops a rich, tactile patina with use while maintaining structural integrity — making it perfect for high‑end accessories and bespoke projects.
What sets Plonge apart is its unique finish: a deeply dyed, hand‑polished surface that feels buttery soft to the touch yet robust enough for everyday luxury pieces. The natural grain remains visible and expressive, giving each hide a natural leather with stunning look.
We source the same Plonge used by prestigious houses such as Loewe and Bottega, so you can confidently offer pieces that stand shoulder‑to‑shoulder with the highest standards in the industry.

75%+ With a natural product like leather, there can be areas with neck and back wrinkles, veins, scars, bites, loose grain, but in general this article can expect an overall high cutting area. Whole hides and sides do include bellies where there can be some loose grain. This leather being full aniline (meaning the leather is very natural with no extra finishing on the surface to hide any flaws) darker colors will better hide any areas of concern. A key skill of using full aniline leather is the ability to work less desirable areas of the hide into the less visible areas of your projects. Overall this leather has a moderately high cutting yield. |
